  MEDC0091 Research Methods in Food and Nutrition  Welcome to Research Methods in Food and Nutrition. This module will consider issues shared by Nutritional Sciences and medical sciences including research integrity and governance, project funding and management, the scientific literature, critical reading, the peer review process, scientific communication methods and experimental design. Consideration will also be given to research methodologies employed in particular medical sciences including specific experimental design and interpretation. Students will be required to develop a research proposal as part of the assessment.
