The module consists of an overview of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and its application for building organizational resilience, including:- The BCM Lifecycle; ISO standards; Analysis of requirements; Design and implementation of solutions; Validation of the objectives and procedures; Business impact analysis and threat and risk analysis;Good practices for integrating BCM in “business as usual” management. The core lectures will be supported by group exercises to give familiarity with BCM as a process, while a set of guest speakers will share their experiences. The participants are encouraged to actively contribute to the lessons.
