We are pleased to report that a fix has been applied for this issue and students in pre-approval states should now be enrolled as expected once Portico enrolments are set up.

We are aware of issues with pre-approval students not being enrolled to Moodle courses via Portico enrolments, even if the 'Allow pre-approval'box is ticked.
Moodle Technical Teams have been investigating this as a matter of priority, and have been working closely with the Portico team with the aim of resolving this by the end of tomorrow (Friday 27th).There is no down-time or at risk period expected for New (18-19) or Legacy Moodle and we will update this post with any further developments.
