We are aware of an issue affecting the scheduling of recording in Lecturecast for a limited number of events.
Events which were previously scheduled for recording and have had changes to their associated module codes in the CMIS/Timetabling system have been unscheduled following the updating of these codes. This is being investigated as a matter of priority by Technical teams and events that have been unscheduled are now being rescheduled, so recordings should not be missed, but users may want to check the Lecturecast Scheduler to highlight any possible further issues: https://lecturecast-bookings.ucl.ac.uk/booking/bookings/show
If staff do encounter any unexpectedly unscheduled recordings, please log these by contacting lecturecast@ucl.ac.uk .
